Adventure Club Tenerife (“we”, “us”) operates this website and arranges car-rental bookings in Tenerife. The data controller is Adventure Club Tenerife SL, Calle El Cardón 2, Local 13, Fañabé, 38670 Santa Cruz de Tenerife, tax ID B38648101. What we collect

Booking details you provide when you reserve a vehicle: name, email address, phone number, age, driving-licence country, flight number and any notes you add.
Usage data, if you allow it: the pages you visit, your device and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To process and manage your booking — necessary to perform the rental you request.
To provide customer support and contact you about your reservation — performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in serving you well.
To measure traffic and improve the site (analytics) — only with your consent.
To measure and target our advertising (marketing) — only with your consent.
To comply with legal and tax obligations — compliance with a legal obligation.

You can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting bookings already made.

RentHub — the rental-management platform that receives your booking so the vehicle can be prepared. RentHub acts as our service provider.
Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Pixel) — only if you consent to analytics or marketing cookies.
Our hosting provider, and public authorities where the law requires it.

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for the rental relationship and for as long as tax and commercial law requires afterwards (generally up to 6 years). Analytics and marketing data is kept for the retention period set by the relevant provider, typically up to 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, contact adventureclubtenerife2019@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es(https://www.aepd.es)).
